1.crush waste tires into powder2.the steel wire and fiber completely separated from the tire
the main motor forces the main shaft into high speed through transmission gears, which shaft drives the movable blade to shear against the fixed blade for granulating. When the feed stock enters the grinding chamber through conveyor system, the grinding system will be shearing or grinding the materials. Under centrifugal effect and special blade collocation, crumb at expected size shall be pumped out for next processing; the larger size shall remain for further granulating. In the whole processing system, the temperature is kept reasonable by circling water cooling system, which avoid rubber conglutination or burn at high temperature.Rubber crusher:
